Salut. My name is YURAsama, known as Alicia in real life. Yura works too. (Just so we're all clear, the name YURAsama does not come from Inuyasha, rather Psycho le Cemu, a wonderful Japanese band which you should all listen to.)

Once school starts up again, I will be a senior in High School. I'm seventeen years old as of now, and I live in Texas. But make no mistake; I am by no means a hick. I'm a city girl.

Some of my hobbies are watching anime, reading books (including manga), drawing, writing, knitting, coding webpages in HTML, and so on. I play the violin in my school orchestra, in which I was second chair for the majority of the year. I also speak limited French, and I will be taking my fourth year of it.

About my drawings, I am pretty odd. There are times when I can draw very well and times when I can't even draw a circle. More specifically, I can't draw well all of the time. I prefer to draw with a pencil in my sketchbook, although I will sometimes scan pictures in and color them in Adobe Photoshop, although I believe myself to be in novice stages in regards to that. I took an Art class in... 8th grade, I believe, and when I was much younger I took summer classes in painting and such. But my style tends to center around anime-styled people, now.

There are very few drawings which I have done which I deem to be suitable for viewing, so most of the time I won't be posting pictures very often at all. But I hope the ones I do post will be to your liking.
